Parts Cleaner (for aqueous parts cleaning systems)

Description
Specifically designed for use in an aqueous parts cleaning system, Parts Cleaner was developed to be used as a replacement for chlorinated solvents, petrochemical solvents, harsh alkalis or acids. Parts Cleaner can be used on all types of metals, but should be tested for safety on painted surfaces. With less than 50 grams per liter of VOC’s (volatile organic compounds), Parts Cleaner has been approved by the Air Pollution Control District as exempt from permit per Rule 11(d).

Operating Data
Parts Cleaning Tanks Dilution: Pour 1 gallon of Parts Cleaner to 5 or 6 gallons of water depending on soils to be clean. The emulsion will permit oil and other dirts to become soluble in the solution. This allows the cleaning to take place quickly and economically. Parts Cleaner will help eliminate solvents from your shop. In addition to reducing the use of solvents, Parts Cleaner virtually removes the associated fire hazards from the shop environment, and produces no fumes which could harm individuals or the environment.

Parts Cleaner meets Caterpillar Dealer, Hawthorne Machinery Company’s specifications for cleaning compounds for use in aqueous parts washer systems.

Temperature: Parts Cleaner can be used at room temperature or heated up to 160°F.

Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Safety Features
