Low foam, quick release of suspended soils.
Active LF is ideal for waste water reclaim systems.
Description
Active LF, with activated penetration, makes short work of dirty concrete floors. Active LF penetrates through layers of grease, oil and dirt deep into the pores of concrete. As this penetration takes place, a chemical dissolving and loosening action attacks the soils, releases their hold, and floats them in the Active LF solution. Rinse Active LF off and the soils wash away with it. Even long-standing stains are removed. Old floors are restored, and with regular care, stay that way.
Active LF is powerful yet it is relatively mild, and does not contain caustic soda or acids. It is biodegradable, non-toxic and non-hazardous. Active LF is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
Usage
For heavy soils, Active LF may be applied to cement floors by first wetting the floor thoroughly, then sprinkling Active LF liberally over the surface. Allow to set a few minutes and agitate with a broom or scrub brush. Let stand about 15 minutes with occasional reagitation if needed, then rinse off with clean water and pressure. Active LF may be used for hand mopping or in regular commercial floor scrubbing machines. Add 6 ounces of Active LF in each gallon of hot water (120°F). Saturate floor surface. Work in with brush, broom or floor scrubber. Let stand several minutes. Rinse with clean water.
Active LF meets Caterpillar Dealer, Hawthorne Machinery Company’s specifications for heavy duty, powdered hard surface floor cleaning compounds compatible with water reclaim systems.
