WTC Concentrate is a professional, high quality whitewall/blackwall tire and wheel cleaner that disposes soils by penetrating. WTC is powerful, biodegradable liquid cleaner that penetrates and quickly removes all types of soils from tires, wheels, rims, hubcap and wheel covers. WTC will not streak or lighten the black wall of the tire.
Dilute 1:4 to 1:6 with water.
